RETURNS

Start your return process by emailing shop@oneill.co.za. Our returns centre will guide you through the returns process.

  • Returns must be started within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be purchased directly from oneill.co.za and be in brand new condition with the tags still attached.
  • Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are ineligible for returns & exchanges

EXCHANGES

We do not process any direct exchanges; there is no exception to this process. If you would like to exchange any items, you would return the item as stated above, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like in exchange. For the best service and selection, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online.

WARRANTY

O'Neill products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. O'Neill makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. O'Neill shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that O'Neill product contains a defect, you may send the product to O'Neill for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at O'Neill sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by O'Neill warranty policy will be shipped back to you. Any purchase from an unauthorised vendor voids the warranty. Goods purchased internationally or from an internationally based retailer are not valid for warranty within South Africa.
