Log in to your account (or create an account with the email used on the order) to view your order status page. You can also access the order status page from your order confirmation email.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

If there is a mistake on your order, please contact support as soon as possible so we can attempt to catch the order prior to it processing too far along.

PROMO CODES

If you have a promotional code, please make sure to add it to your order during the checkout.  We are unable to retroactively adjust orders if it was left off – we will need to cancel the order and you will have to replace it.
