Once orders are placed, we are unable to make most changes to orders β including address updates, promo code adjustments, item modifications, etc. If there is a mistake on your order, please contact support as soon as possible so we can attempt to catch the order prior to it processing too far along.
Once an order is placed, weβre typically unable to make changes - including updates to the shipping address, applying promo codes, or modifying items. If you notice a mistake, please contact support as soon as possible so we can try to catch the order before it processes too far.
Single-unit orders get processed especially quickly, so it's important to act fast if you notice an issue.
Please note that while weβll do our best to help, we canβt guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once the order has started processing.
If you're using a promo code, be sure to apply it during checkout. Unfortunately, we can't apply promo codes retroactively. If one was missed, the order would need to be canceled and placed again with the code applied.
To help you get an idea of when you'll receive your order, here is what to expect:
Processing:
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note, holidays and promotional periods can cause delays to our warehouse processing times.βββββββββββββββββ
Once you receive tracking information, please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to initially update.

Deliveries are limited to South African physical addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Deliveries are handled by Fastway Couriers.
For orders over R750, O'Neill delivers forΒ free. For orders under R750, O'Neill charges a non-refundable delivery fee ofΒ R80.
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and 3-6 working days for it to ship*.
Saturday or Sunday delivery may occur, but it is not guaranteed. During periods of high order volumes, our delivery times may be extended to 5 to 10 working days.
*Shipping times are estimates. O'Neill is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.
Why canβt I complete my purchase?
If you're having trouble checking out, make sure youβve accepted cookies on our website. Look for the cookie banner at the bottom of the page β if you havenβt clicked βAcceptβ or closed it, it may interfere with the checkout process.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Samsung Pay, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, Snap Scan, Zapper, Scan to Pay, RCS, Debit Card, Fox Racing eGift Card, Mobicred, Float and Payflex.
TETURS & EXCHANGES
Policy:
- Returns must be started within 30 days from the fulfillment date.
- Item(s) must be be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached.
- If an item(s) was received damaged, please contact our customer service team instead of starting a return through our returns center.
- Items markedΒ FINAL SALEΒ are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
Once returned to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our returns department to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you. This timeframe may be extended during the holiday season or promotional periods. Also, please be aware that your credit card company may take an additional 2-7 business days to post the credit to your account.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item.
I received a damaged or defective item/ or an incorrect item.
Please contact customer service if it is within 30 days from purchase and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through oneill.co.za
